Once you’ve verified your identity, your Parcel Locker address is ready to use.

At the online checkout, enter the Parcel Locker as your delivery address.

This is the personalised address that can be copied from your saved Parcel Locker addresses in the app.

You’ll receive a notification when your parcel arrives at the Parcel Locker.

Collect it any time within the next 2 business days using the access code provided.
