Sinderellas Adult Stores offers a local pick up, click and collect service. Once your order is processed and your pick up location selected, you will receive email updates until your order is collected. If you do not receive an email, please check your email junk folder.
Mandurah Store Transfer – WEEKLY
When store transfer is selected at checkout, your order will be transferred from Sinderellas Belmont to Sinderellas Mandurah on THURSDAY each week. Orders must be placed prior to 5pm on Wednesday.
Click & Collect Fees
- SINDERELLAS BELMONT, WA – FREE
Available in store same day. Please allow 2 business hours from the time your order is placed for our staff to collect and pack you order ready to collect. You will receive an email confirming your order is ready to collect. Please check your junk mail if you have not received and email within 2 business hours of your order.
- TRANSFER TO SINDERELLAS MANDURAH, WA – FREE – Once Weekly
All online orders are processed from our Belmont Store. If you have selected Transfer To Mandurah Store, your order will be sent via courier every THURSDAY MORNING. Orders must be placed before 5pm on Wednesday.
Once your Click & Collect order is ready in-store, we will hold your order for 2 weeks. If your order is not collected within 14 business days from delivery, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus the Click & Collect Fee.
Please provide your name and order number to staff when collecting your order.
